With an extensive fleet of approximately 400 trailers and 200 trucks, we’re seeking a Qualified Trailer Mechanic to join our Laverton North workshop.

The role:
- ABC Servicing on heavy trailers.
- Axle replacements.
- Brake alignments.
- Washing and re-packing bearings.
- Air systems repairs and fault diagnosis.
- Trailer suspension repairs and modifications.
- Roadworthy repairs.
- Air bag replacement.
- ABS/EBS knowledge and fault finding.
- General electrical trailer repairs.
- Repair mudguards and auxiliary components.
- Hydraulics.
- Welding.
About you:
- Qualified Trailer Mechanic.
- Experience in transport/logistics industry or similar.
- Former experience in the repair and maintenance of trailers.
- Understand and be able to repair air brake and suspension systems.
- Demonstrate a sound understanding of electrical systems.
- A team player with a strong commitment to safety.
- Demonstrate diagnostic and troubleshooting competency.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of attention to detail, quality, and commitment for continuous improvement.
