We are seeking a passionate and energetic Operations Administrator to join our brilliant operations team.
This is an exciting opportunity to assist in the daily operations and administration and support our strategic goals.Â
The role:
- Process driver run sheets
- Records management .
- Process driver log book pages.
- Monitor driver onsite times and work closely with the allocator team to reduce wait times.
- Manage/process freight bookings.
- Ensure accuracy with customer booking sheets.
- Support weekly pay cycle submissions.
- Respond to all email requests/queries in an efficient manner.
- Work within a dedicated close-knit team.
- Monday to Friday.
The ideal candidate:
- Proficient with Microsoft office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook).
- Intermediate IT literacy.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, influence and build strong working relationships.
- Flexibility of work hours to allow for multi skilling and agility across all areas within the team.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- High sense of urgency.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Time management skills with a demonstrated ability to plan and respond to changing priorities.
- Advanced customer service skills.
